Product was delivered within 48 hrs. Well packaged in two tubs. On receipt, the mealworms appeared to be hot, so I decanted them to a larger container. At this stage 10% were dead. Throughout the week, their condition deteriorated and within the week 40-50% mortality.

This is my second purchase of maggots from Worms Direct. Their delivery is always prompt and service is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the maggots second time around were not as viable. Most were dead but had not pupated so I suspect it was an error on the part of the postal delivery service.
